Kingfisher

Notice the wet areas on the perch and the fish being filleted.
The wings look the normal colour
The bird turns through 180 degrees and orange appears in the blue wings.

I do not understand the tail on this shot it is obviously to do with movement of the tail.  It appears to be a stroboscopic effect
